Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Returns

To initiate a return, contact us at yhogieisk66@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
